A simple and tasty recipe for an amazing chia pudding!
- 1 cup of oat milk
- 3 tbsp of Cerreto toasted chia seeds
- 5 strawberries
- 2 tbsp of brown sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- wild berries to taste
Cut the strawberries and cook them on high heat for a few minutes with sugar and lemon. Blend them, pour them into a glass and let them cool in the fridge for a few hours. Blend the toasted chia seeds with the oat milk and pour the mixture over the cold strawberry jelly. Leave to rest overnight in the refrigerator. Decorate with berries and taste!
