Mediterranean veg burger with thyme mashed potatoes

Crunchy mini veg burgers accompanied by a delicious thyme mashed potatoes.


- 1 bag of Cerreto mediterranean vegan burger
- 1 kg of yellow potatoes
- 30g of butter
- 200g of whole milk
- nutmeg to taste
- Cerreto thyme to taste
- salt to taste
- EVO oil to taste



For the mashed potatoes:

Prepare the mashed potatoes by boiling the potatoes for about 40 minutes. Peel and mash them with the potato masher. Season with salt, add the thyme and nutmeg. Heat the milk in a saucepan, add it to the potatoes and stir in the butter.


For the burgers:

Pour all the contents of the bag into a container, add 200 ml of water, a teaspoon of Evo oil, mix and leave to rest for at least 10 minutes. Form 4 burgers with a diameter of about 7/8 cm. Fry the veg-burgers in seed oil for 4 minutes on each side. Serve hot veg burgers accompanied by thyme mashed potatoes.
