Oil bread with seeds

Soft oil bread with crunchy seeds.

- 300g of soft wheat flour
- wheat germ to taste
- 5 tbs of EVO oil
- baking powder to taste
- salt to taste
- room temperature water to taste
- Cerreto poppy seeds to taste
- sesame seeds Cerreto to taste



Knead the dry ingredients and add oil and salt. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water (check the correct dose shown on the package) and add it to the flour, kneading vigorously. Leave to rest for at least 3 hours. Form the bread, brush with oil and add the seeds to the surface. Bake for about 15 minutes at 200 ° C, checking the cooking from time to time.
