Organic Buddha Bowl with legumes and bulgur with artichokes

A super healthy and colourful Buddha Bowl with legumes, vegetables and bulgur with artichokes of the 5 Minute Meal line. Served with a delicious yoghurt sauce.


  • 1 pack of bulgur with artichokes 5 Minute Meal - Cerreto Organic
  • 200g chickpeas Cerreto Organic
  • ½ avocado
  • A handful of spinacino
  • Date Tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • Cerreto Organic Hemp Seeds
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • Halls
  • Pepper
  • Cerreto Organic Spices

For the yoghurt sauce:

  • 100g natural soy yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt


Prepare the bulgur with artichokes as instructed on the packaging. 

Prepare the spicy chickpeas by frying them in a pan for a few minutes with a drop of oil and with spices such as turmeric, paprika and chilli pepper. 

 Start to create the Buddha Bowl: put the spinach leaves at the bottom, then the burgur with artichokes, the spicy chickpeas, the cucumber cut into rounds, a few pieces of avocado fanned, the tomatoes cut in half, the hemp seeds. 

 Season with yoghurt sauce.
