Porcini mushroom ragù

A quick and easy recipe to prepare a delicious mushroom ragù.
- 1 bag of porcini mushrooms Cerreto
- parsley Cerreto to taste
- garlic to taste
- EVO oil to taste
- 1 can of tomato sauce


Soak the mushrooms for at least 20 minutes, drain and coarsely chop them. Brown the mushrooms in a pan with EVO oil, garlic and parsley; halfway through cooking add the tomato puree and continue cooking until a fragrant and dense sauce is obtained. Use as you like to season pasta, second courses of meat or croutons.
