Tricolor quinoa paella

A quick and alternative recipe for a truly exquisite quinoa paella!

  •          1 pack of Cerreto tricolor quinoa
  •          50g of peppers
  •          50g of onion
  •          50g of cooked green beans
  •         2 tbs of Cerreto vegetable broth
  •         EVO oil q.s.
  •         1 tbs of Cerreto turmeric
  •         1 pinch of salt



Rinse the quinoa under running water.

Pour the quinoa into a pan with twice the volume of water and the vegetable stock.

Bring to the boil, lower the heat and cook until the water has been completely absorbed.

Separate the vegetables with a tablespoon of oil and a pinch of salt.

Add the vegetables to the cooked three-colored quinoa, add the turmeric and a dash of EVO oil.
