Use
Kamut is an alternative to wheat, as it is grown exclusively organically, without industrial hybridisation, and is therefore more digestible. It also contains significantly more minerals, proteins and vitamins. It can be eaten as a substitute for pasta and rice in hot and cold dishes, as a side dish or to prepare salads.Preparation and cooking
Prepare the Kamut by leaving it to soak for 8 hours and, if possible, changing the water about every 3 hours. Drain and cook in salted water for 40-50 minutes from boiling. Once drained it is ready to be used!
Ingredients
Organic Kamut Khorasan wheat.
