Use
Millet is a gluten-free cereal, cooks quickly and is very digestible. Ideal in soups and for making sweet and savoury pies, it is perfect for making delicious meatballs, flans and biscuits!
Preparation and cooking

Prepare the millet by rinsing it and cooking it in salted water for 20 minutes after boiling. Drain it before using it to make tasty recipes! Our millet does not need to be soaked.
