UseItalian Orzo (Barley) can be used as a substitute for pasta and rice in hot and cold dishes, as a side dish or in the preparation of tasty salads. It is also ideal for cooking delicious soups and stews. Thanks to the pearling process, it cooks in just 20 minutes.
Preparation and cooking
Prepare the barley by rinsing it and cooking it in salted water for 20-25 minutes after boiling. Drain it before using it to prepare tasty recipes! Our barley does not need to be soaked.
