UseItalian Farro (Spelt) is a low-calorie and more digestible cereal than wheat. It can replace rice in many dishes, be used to prepare delicious first courses or as a side dish. Spelt can also be used to make an excellent bread! Thanks to the pearling process, our spelt cooks in just 20 minutes.
Preparation and cooking
Prepare the spelt by rinsing it and cooking it in salted water for 20-25 minutes after boiling. Drain it before using it to prepare tasty recipes! Our spelt doesn't need to be soaked.
