UseIsland soup is a nutritious mixture of pulses and cereals, which has been skilfully harmonised just like the soups of yesteryear. The island soup has all the goodness and freshness of peas, lentils, beans, broad beans and the rusticity of spelt and barley.
Preparation and cooking
Prepare the island soup by rinsing it and cooking it in salted water for 1 hour after boiling. Enjoy hot with a drizzle of EVO oil. Our island soup doesn't need to be soaked.
