Black beans are essential in the preparation of Mexican-inspired dishes such as chilli! Not only that, they are great as a side dish for red meat and shellfish and can be used to make delicious mashed potatoes!
Preparation and cooking

Prepare the Black beans by leaving them to soak for 12 hours and, if possible, changing the water about every 3 hours. Drain them and cook them in salted water for 1 hour after boiling. Once drained, use them to prepare your favourite recipes!
