UseBlack beans are essential in the preparation of Mexican-inspired dishes such as chilli! Not only that, they are great as a side dish for red meat and shellfish and can be used to make delicious mashed potatoes!
Preparation and cooking
Prepare the Black beans by leaving them to soak for 12 hours and, if possible, changing the water about every 3 hours. Drain them and cook them in salted water for 1 hour after boiling. Once drained, use them to prepare your favourite recipes!

Ingredients for 3/4 persons:
half bag of beans (175 g), 1 red onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon chili pepper, fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, EVO oil, salt, pepper.
cook and drain the beans. Cut up the garlic and onion and fry in a pan with a little oil. Add the chilli and stir. Pour the beans into the pan and mix. Blend half the beans to a thick cream. Add the other half of the beans, sprinkle with chilli and fresh parsley before serving.
