UseUse red lentils to prepare delicious velvety: sweet and colorful, they are really perfect for preparing creams and soups. They are also ideal for the preparation of meatballs and falafel!
Preparation and cooking
Prepare the red lentils by rinsing them and cooking them in salted water for 10-15 minutes after boiling. Drain them and use them to prepare your favourite dishes! Our red lentils do not need to be soaked.
Organic decorticated red lentils.

Cream of red lentils
Ingredients for 4 people:
240g red lentils, 1 clove of garlic, 1/2 onion, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, EVO oil, Cerreto granulated stock as required, salt and pepper.
wash the lentils and cook them in a covered pot for 15 minutes together with the garlic, chopped onion, cumin, 1 litre of stock and oil. Then blend until creamy and add broth to taste to the desired consistency. Cook for 4 minutes and serve with oil and pepper.
