Thanks to their quick cooking, mountain lentils are perfect for preparing delicious main courses, such as lentil meatballs. They are ideal for preparing salads, soups and smoothies, but you can also use them to make delicious hummus and side dishes!
Preparation and cooking

Prepare the mountain lentils by rinsing them and cooking them in salted water for 30 minutes after boiling. Drain them and use them to prepare your favourite dishes! Our mountain lentils don't need to be soaked.

    Lentil, cauliflower and orange salad

    Ingredients for 3 people:
    half bag of lentils (175g), 1 cauliflower, 1 orange, EVO oil, salt and pepper.

    Preparation:
    Place the lentils in cold water with a clove of garlic and cook over a low flame, adding salt only at the end. Drain them. Boil the washed cauliflower florets. In a bowl, crush half a clove of garlic, add the orange segments, salt and pepper. Add the drained cauliflower florets and lentils. Dress with oil.
