Peas are particularly light and digestible legumes, they have little fat and few calories, so they are suitable for all types of diet. They have known diuretic properties, favour intestinal transit thanks to their fibers content and have a low glycemic index, favouring the prevention of diabetes. Peas are a very versatile ingredient in the kitchen, in fact they are suitable for the preparation of first courses, minestrone, creams, but they can also accompany meat and fish as a side dish. Our peas can be prepared in just 5 minutes! Once cooked the whole bag, the peas reach the weight of 400g.
Preparation and cooking

Cook the peas in salted water for 5 minutes after boiling, without lid. Use 120ml of water every 50g of peas. Season and use them to create tasty, colourful and nutritious recipes! Our peas do not need soaking.

    Ingredients for 2 people
    half a bag of PreCook Peas, 100g basmati rice, one egg, 50g diced ham, shallot, oil, soy sauce.

    cook the rice in salted water, drain it and toast it in a pan. In the same water you can cook the peas later - it only takes 5 minutes! Prepare the scrambled egg. Fry the shallot with a little olive oil and add the peas, toasted rice, egg and diced ham. Sauté everything with two tablespoons of soy sauce and serve hot.
