Preparation and cooking

Cook the red kidney beans in salted water for 5 minutes after boiling, without lid. Use 150ml of water every 50g of red kidney beans. Season and use them to create tasty, colourful and nutritious recipes! Our red kidney beans do not need soaking.

    Brownies di fagioli rossi

    200g red beans (baked weight), 1 egg, 60g sugar, 8g baking powder, 1 tablespoon of coconut or seed oil, 100ml milk of your choice, 20g bitter cocoa, half a cup of coffee, 50g chocolate chips.

    Blend the beans well in a mixer. Add all the other ingredients, except the chocolate drops, which you will add once you have created a creamy and homogeneous mixture. Cook at 180° for 45 minutes.
