Preparation and cooking
Prepare the quinoa with cereals by rinsing it and cooking it in salted water for 20-25 minutes after boiling. The water should be twice the weight of the cooking mix (example: cook 100g quinoa with cereals in 200ml water). Add a drizzle of raw EVO oil and season to taste.
