Use
The Red Quinoa, Millet and Bulgur Mix is not only delicious and quick to prepare, but also helps to keep bad cholesterol and high blood pressure levels under control: a perfect base for creating delicious healthy pasta dishes!
Preparation and cooking

You can prepare your mix in two ways:

Cold salad: wash the mix, drain it and cook it in 700 ml of salted water with a lid for 15 minutes from boiling, adding water if necessary. Once cooked, add a drizzle of EVO oil and dress to taste.
Soup: Wash the mix, drain and cook in 1 litre of covered water for 15 minutes from boiling, adding 2 tbsp of granulated vegetable stock and 1 tsp of oil. Serve hot with a drizzle of raw EVO oil and season to taste.
