UseAlgae Mix is a concentrate of minerals, trace elements, vitamins and fibre! Try it as a salad dressing or as an ingredient in delicious main courses. We recommend a maximum daily intake of 1g (1 tsp).
Preparation and cooking
The seaweed mix can be used in different ways:
Raw: use it raw as a seasoning for salads or other dishes.
Soaking: soak it in water for 5 minutes, change the water and rehydrate for another 5 minutes (it will increase its weight by 4 times). Season to taste.
Cooked: boil in water, or steam, for about 10 minutes and add to soups, vegetables, couscous, polenta, millet, quinoa or salads.
