Use
Himanthalia Elongata (commonly known as Seaweed) is native to the coastal regions of the North Sea and is considered a natural antibacterial and antioxidant. This brown seaweed is characterised by its pulpy texture and delicate flavour. We recommend a maximum daily consumption of 1g (1 tsp).Preparation and cooking
Seaweed noodles can be used in several ways:
Soaked: it in water for 15 minutes, change the water and rehydrate for another 15 minutes (the seaweed will increase its weight by 10 times). Season to taste.
Cooked: boil in water, or steam, for about 20-30 minutes with pasta or rice. Also try stir-frying it to make pasta sauces or delicious fillings.
