Use
Wakame seaweed is a brown seaweed that is highly valued for its light and delicate flavour. In Japan, it has been an important source of nutrition since 700 BC due to its nutritional properties: it is rich in essential amino acids, proteins and minerals. We recommend a maximum daily intake of 1g (2 tsp).
Preparation and cooking

Wakame seaweed can be used in several ways:

Raw: use it raw as a seasoning for salads or other dishes.
Soaked: soak it in water for 10 minutes (the seaweed will increase its weight by 10 times). Season to taste.
Cooked: boil in water, or steam, for about 15 minutes and add to soups or vegetables. Also try stir-frying it to make tasty pasta sauces.
