UseWith Daikon Radish seeds you can grow your own organic sprouts in just a few days. With their strong, slightly spicy flavour, Daikon Radish sprouts are rich in nutrients and vitamins. Their uses in the kitchen are numerous: they pair perfectly with strong flavours, legumes and salads or can be used as the basis for delicious sauces!
Preparation and cooking
Soak 2 tablespoons (3/4 portions) of Daikon Radish seeds for 8/10 hours, then arrange the seeds evenly in a single 'GermoglioSì' sprouting tray and water 2/3 times a day with drinking water. The sprouts are ready in 3 to 5 days. Wash them and eat them like a normal salad. Do not use more than 20/25g per sprouting tray. The sprouts obtained can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. With the 200g packet you get 25/30 servings of organic Daikon Radish sprouts.
