With adzuki green bean seeds you can grow your own organic sprouts in just a few days. Refreshing and rehydrating, adzuki bean sprouts are rich in nutrients and help fight fatigue and weakness. "Soak 2 tablespoons (3/4 portions) of green bean seeds for 8/10 hours, then arrange the seeds evenly in a single 'GermoglioSì' sprouting tray and water 2/3 times a day with drinking water. The sprouts are ready in 3 to 5 days. Wash and eat them like a normal salad. Do not use more than 25/30g per sprouting tray. The sprouts obtained can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. With the 200 gram packet you get 20/25 servings of organic adzuki bean sprouts."
