With Alfa Alfa seeds you can grow your own organic sprouts in just a few days. Alfa Alfa sprouts are rich in nutrients and fiber. Their uses in the kitchen are numerous: both cooked and raw, they are excellent in salads, soups, as a side dish or in smoothies!Preparation and cooking
Soak 2 tablespoons (3/4 portions) of organic Alfa Alfa seeds for 8/10 hours, then arrange the seeds evenly in a single 'GermoglioSì' sprouting tray and water 2/3 times a day with drinking water. Sprouts are ready in 5/7 days. Wash them and eat them like a normal salad. Do not use more than 20/25g per sprouting tray. The sprouts obtained can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. With the 200g packet you get 20/25 servings of organic Alfa Alfa sprouts.
