Rich in vitamins and nutrients, China Rose Radish sprouts are known for their many properties, supporting the body's defences and strengthening muscle tissue. Their uses in the kitchen are numerous: both cooked and raw, they are excellent in salads, soups, as a side dish or in smoothies!
Preparation and cooking
Soak 2 tablespoons (3/4 portions) of China Rose Radish seeds for 8/10 hours, then arrange the seeds evenly in a single 'GermoglioSì' sprouting tray and water 2/3 times a day with drinking water. Sprouts are ready in 3 to 5 days. Wash them and eat them like a normal salad. Do not use more than 20/25g per sprouting tray. The sprouts obtained can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. With the 200 gram packet you get 25/30 servings of organic China Rose Radish sprouts.
