Use
Starter Mix is a small blend of organic sprouting seeds. In this 32 gram mix you will find seeds of Daikon radish and China Rose, brown lentil, green adzuki bean, ready to sprout. In just a few days you'll have lots of organic sprouts rich in fiber and minerals, which you can enjoy raw or cooked in salads or enrich first courses.Preparation and cooking
Soak the entire contents of the packet for 8 to 10 hours. Place the seeds evenly in a single 'GermoglioSì' sprouting tray and water 2/3 times a day with drinking water. The sprouts are ready in 3 to 5 days. You can store them in the fridge for up to 3 days. With the 32 gram packet you get 3/4 portions of organic sprouts.
