Preparation and cooking
For 250 g vegetable mayonnaise (keep the finished product in the fridge for no more than 3 days)
Preparation: Blend the mixture together with the liquids for about 1/2 minutes, then add a little EVO oil, stir and your vegetable mayonnaise is ready!
