Organic Vegan Mayonnaise with Seaweed
Use
With this mix you can make a tasty, healthy and cholesterol-free vegetable mayonnaise! Try it as a filling for your sandwiches or to make delicious canapés, the combination of capers and Dulse seaweed makes it irresistible!
Preparation and cooking

For 250 g vegetable mayonnaise (keep the finished product in the fridge for no more than 3 days)

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of preparation
  • 100 g water (approx. 10 tbsp) at room temperature
  • 3 tsp apple cider vinegar (or 2 tsp vinegar)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce.

    Preparation: Blend the mixture together with the liquids for about 1/2 minutes, then add a little EVO oil, stir and your vegetable mayonnaise is ready!

    Capers*,Chilli pepper*, Sunflower*, Sesame*, Dulse seaweed (Palmaria Palmata)*4%. *Organic.

    Allergens

    It may contain traces of: celery, soy, molluscs, crustaceans and fish.
